Acceptable use policy
These rules are the same for every business. They protect your emails from landing in spam. One bad sender can hurt everyone.
1. Only email people who said yes
No bought or rented lists. People join through a form and confirm by email (double opt-in). If you import a list, you must tell us how those people agreed. A new account cannot email imported people until we review the import.
2. Stay clean
A campaign pauses by itself when too many emails bounce or too many people mark it as spam. An account with poor results is paused for review. If it happens, we tell you why.
3. New accounts start small
A new account can send a small number of emails a day. The limit grows as your sending stays healthy. Buying a plan alone does not raise it.
4. What you cannot send
- Phishing and fake messages that steal passwords or money
- Adult content
- Anything illegal
- Gambling and crypto-investment spam, where the law requires us to block it. Other cases are held for review
Links must use https and must not be on a block list.
5. Checks before large sends
Before a big send, we may ask for your business name, a postal address, a website you control, a phone number and a sending domain. This is called KYC-lite. A person on our team reviews it.
6. Easy to leave
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. When someone opts out, they stay out.
7. Equal for everyone
The same checks run for every account. That includes AKT. Every pause and review has a reason on record.
